Michael is a senior sales professional with a consistent record for both individual performance and building teams which deliver outstanding results. His expertise includes team development, training, large account penetration and management and execution of proven sales methodologies.
As a NuGrowth Partner, Michael was the head of sales for a web-based technology company serving the non-profit community. Over the last two years results have increased 20% year over year resulting in the purchase of the organization by a larger organization in the non-profit space. Currently, Michael leads all marketing and sales efforts for an emerging digital sign services provider. Michael has helped build that company from a start up organization to a company with an established brand and relationships with leading retailers and CPG companies. He is also on the Board of Advisors for Idlehour Entertainment, a leading provider of family friendly entertainment products.
Prior to becoming a NuGrowth Partner, Michael held multiple senior sales positions including leading the East and West Coast sales efforts for an international information distribution company. During that time revenue increased from $18 million to $120 million. His industry experience includes software service, design and manufacturing, supply chain management, consulting, and professional services.
Michael earned a bachelor's degree from The Robins School of Business at the University of Richmond. During his time at Richmond, Michael was a 4 year starter for the Men's Division 1 Varsity soccer team and captained the team in his senior year. In addition to Richmond, Michael has participated in various Executive Education Programs.
