Adam Rapp, Manager New Business Development
Adam Rapp serves as manager of new business development for NuGrowth Solutions providing sales leadership, execution and coaching for NuGrowth Solutions and client engagements. Adam’s experience includes sales, new business development, large account development, recruiting, training, operations, and on-boarding for organizations in healthcare, software, technology, energy, manufacturing and non-profit spaces.
Adam has a history of consistent top-level performance. He has lead several NuGrowth Solutions client engagements building multi-million dollar pipelines and closing over $2m in revenue. As a NuGrowth inside sales executive, Adam won numerous monthly and quarterly achievement awards, including NuGrowth’s First Place Performance Excellence Award for 2011.
Adam received a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from The Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University along with a second bachelor’s degree in Russian.
Adam enjoys spending time with his family, reading, volunteering and leads an active-lifestyle with pursuits in soccer and rock-climbing. Adam is also a regular teacher in a home-group based bible-study.
