Inside Sales Executive

NuGrowth Solutions is currently interviewing Inside Sales Executives to join our account teams and make an immediate impact . This full-time position offers the opportunity to work with a fast growing company and gain valuable experience in sales and lead generation marketing. We are in the business of delivering sales results on behalf of our corporate clients. We provide a learning environment for individuals that want to build a career in sales and are committed to personal and professional growth.

The ideal candidate should possess the following:

  • High motivation to succeed and advance a sales career
  • A team player attitude, with a commitment to service
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Good basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook/Word/Excel)
  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or 1-3 years sales experience

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: driving lead generation, generating sales opportunities and delivering sales results within a targeted account list; cold-calling and organizational mapping, identifying key decision makers across various organizations and uncovering their business needs. Intelligently articulate company value proposition at the management and executive level. Produce quality opportunities that can be passed to field sales and / or manage an entire sales cycle. Knowledge or related experience in the following industries is a plus – insurance, logistics, software, advertising, and manufacturing.

We are interested in candidates that have recently graduated from college and/or have one-three years sales experience. The ideal candidate will represent NuGrowth Solutions and the client working collectively to generate leads, build sales pipelines and increase sales. This is a tremendous opportunity for young professionals interested in beginning a long term career.

Inside Sales Intern

NuGrowth Solutions is looking for bright, energetic, and enthusiastic sales intern to join our team and make an immediate impact. This is an opportunity to learn about a variety of industries, companies and products. The internship will require market research, support for a variety of sales positions and executive leadership. You will have the opportunity to learn sales and leadership skills.

The ideal candidate should possess the following:
